Charming villa between the sea and the mountains

Ideally located on the edge of the forest, 15 minutes from the magnificent lake of St Cassien, on the heights of the Pays de Fayence, this pretty villa of 175 m2 is a haven of peace and the ideal starting point to discover our charming high hilltop villages of the Var or to relax on the beaches of the Mediterranean located 30 minutes away by car.

The villa offers large volumes, a wooded plot of 8000 m2, quality of services, a beautiful 10x5 swimming pool fully en-suite, equipped with an alarm, sunbeds, barbecue, garden furniture, electric gate, large living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, pantry, a master bedroom on the ground floor with 160 cm bed, bathroom, TV, separate toilet.
Upstairs a bedroom with 160 bed opening onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the valley and bathroom + WC + air conditioning, a 2nd bedroom with 140 bed with bathroom + WC + air conditioning.

Wifi available.

A discount of 100 euro/week will be given if you agree to share your holiday with our two Pussy & Roxy kitties who are completely independent and only ask for a few kibbles every day :)!

We had a wonderful time in the cozy house and hope to return to Mons soon. Everything is very clean, and the kitchen is superbly equipped. The tranquil surroundings and the large pool allowed us to relax wonderfully. The hostess is very friendly and took great care of us, providing us with helpful tips.

Almost perfect !

quiet and secluded, everything as described in the advertisement and you really have everything you could possibly need here! Be aware that shops and restaurants are not so easily accessible. Without a car you can't go anywhere here.

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Caroline war als Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht uns erholsame und unvergessliche Ferien zu ermöglichen. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder das absolute Highlight und wir Erwachsenen haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen.

Wunderschön

Es war alles wunderbar. Tolle ruhige Lage. Auto ist erforderlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Alle Daumen hoch!!!

Mooie vakantiewoning in mooie omgeving

Mooi huis in Italiaanse stijl met grote tuin, zwembad en veel zitplekken buiten. Op de begane grond is de woonkamer en keuken en één van de tweepersoons slaapkamers. In de keuken is allerlei apparatuur te vinden en er zijn ook een wasmachine en droger. Op de eerste verdieping zijn nog twee tweepersoons slaapkamers, waarvan één met een ruim balkon. Beide slaapkamers hebben ook een eigen badkamer en zijn voorzien van een airco. De verhuurster was bijzonder vriendelijk en we voelden ons heel welkom in het huis.
