Prime location in Monêtier les Bains due to its exceptional view, its southern exposure facing the Ecrins National Park, its proximity to the village (4 mins walk): shops, restaurants, pub, ski resort, cinema, Natural Hot Spring ( Les Grands Bains ) … while remaining in absolute calm.

Chalet that can accommodate up to 10 people with private and a 4 cars private parking cleared of snow.

Large land of 1100 m² with direct access to the mountain: badminton court, ball game, picnic table.
Very bright with stunning views of the Monêtier glacier.

Ideally designed to accommodate families, the chalet has:
- 1 living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace. (Raclette set, fondue set...)
- 4 large bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms and terrace. Japanese toilet
- 2 large covered south-facing terraces (45 m²) for family meals and peaceful sunbathing: hammock, deckchairs, etc.
- 1 large East open terrace of 20 m².
- Large room for sports equipment: ping pong table, dart game ….

The chalet is an ideal place to spend very nice family holidays during winter or summer. Children can play in complete safety and enjoy the proximity of the Rotonde natural hot spring.

Chalet Serre Chevalier

Le chalet est situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied du centre du village ce qui est pratique pour le quotidien.L'emplacement est calme avec des vues magiques sur la montagne mais aussi sur la vallée jusqu'à Briançon.Le chalet est très bien équipé notamment pour la cuisine avec tout le nécessaire du quotidien mais aussi avec des cartes et livres sur la région.L'accueil est chaleureux avec un "Welcome pack" de produits régionaux et la communication est toujours facile et fluide avec les propriétaires.

Luxurious, comfortable, spatious mountain chalet

Marvelous location with views on the Ecrins mountains and Serre Chevallier valley. The challet is modern and very well equipped. Great mountain walks in the surroundings, in the house nice facilities for table tennis, jeu de boules, badminton, etc. Good and friendly contact with the owners. We can really recommend the chalet!
