My name is Lena and I live in Thessaloniki with my family. I am a big fan of anything that invlolves the sea such as waterskiing, sailing, scuba diving and swimming and I want to give people the chance to admire the beautiful sea view by staying at The Blue Olive seaside villa.

I love meeting people from different parts of the world and make our guests feel at home, with maximum comfort and happiness. I want you to enjoy the most out of your trip in Greece and completely relax back at your villa by the sea!

This summer house is made with special care to the environment since it is next to the forest and the sea. We used local stones, Mediterranean colors and pay attention to have a comfortable family summer house. The view to Diaporos island , the blue sea and the sounds of nature will made your vacation unique, relaxing and marvelous. The house is fully equipted with all amentities.
The Villa is located in a quiet area but close to villages and markets. Whithin 5 min drive you will find Ormos Panagias village, which is a small port that is used by fishing boats. Excursion boats start from here making trips to the eastern part of Sithonia and to Aghion Oros.Alternatively if you drive 10 minutes from the house you can visit Vourvourou. The settlement is developed along the beach, opposite from a cluster of nine islands, with the biggest of them called Diaporos with its magnificent beaches. All beaches in the area are unique, with sandy coasts and calm waters. In Vourvourou you will find lots of options of restaurants, taverns, bars and coffees. Also here you can rent a boat or canoe to visit the islands right across Vourvourou. On the oposite directions in 10min drive is Nikiti vilage which has nice restaurants, all big super markets and a local grocery and honey market on Fridays from 8:30 – 13:00. In Agios Nikolaos 2km you will find also a small health center for emenrgencies and in Nikiti private doctors.

The rate is inclusive of the use of 4 en suite bedrooms, cleaning on arrival and departure, plus extra cleaning one time per week, towels, bed linings (which will be replanist every 4 days), water, electricity and internet (wifi).While you are staying at our house you will also benefit from Nespresso machine, filter cool water and any cutleries and kitchen facilities. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and washing machine, filter coffee machine and kettle.
