What makes this property unique
It’s a truly rare setting — an almost private beach that feels worlds away. With no nearby access points, the only path to our shores is a 500-meter walk along the sand, under the summer sun. This natural isolation means that even in the height of July and August, our guests can hear little more than the whisper of the waves — or their own breath. Just steps from your villa, the beach unfolds into golden sand and blue horizon, complete with private umbrellas, plush loungers, beach poufs, and a beach volleyball court. No crowds, no noise — just a hop from your door to your own stretch of Aegean serenity.
