Nous avons passé un très bon séjours dans le studio qui es comme sur la description. Super hote qui nous a tout expliqué, bien situer a 5 min du centre ville et a quelques pas du parc qui es magnifique.

cave aménagée, sans aucune vue

L'accès est celui d'une cave, la cuisine est dans le sous-sol type buanderie. Le lit est une sorte de clic clac qui se renverse si on est seule et qu'on s'assied sur le bord du lit. Pour accéder à la douche il faut pratiquement enjamber le WC. Pas de lavabo mais un lave main avec eau froide seulement. Propreté OK. Et en plus l'alarme s'est déclenchée sans déranger le propriétaire

Grosse déception

Les photos de l'annonce ne reflètent pas la réalité. Il s'agissait d'une buanderie, d'un garage en sous-sol. Les effets du logeur sont entreposés, notamment des étagères remplies de chaussures. Le sol de la "pièce commune" est ragrée mais non revêtu. Fort étonnement qu'un tel bien puisse être proposé à la location. Heureusement qu'il s'agissait d'un séjour professionnel et que la journée était passée ailleurs.

Le logement ne correspond pas du tout a l annonce.

L annonce décrit un logement avec deux chambres, or il s' agit d un sous sol avec une toute petite chambre. L odeur du sous sol est omniprésente, nous n'avons pas pu dormir sur place. Nous avons pu obtenir un remboursement après avoir batailler avec le service client Abritel. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Logement en sous sol ( pas demi ssol ) sombre sans aucun confort pour passer du temps à l'intérieur (pas de canapé ) Ce qu'on appelle " cuisine" dans l'annonce n'est qu'une vulgaire remise hornée de vieux meubles tous craçeux ainsi que la " vaisselle ". Seules les chambres sont correctes.Pas de réelle intimité puisque les portes du logement restent ouvertes au propriétaire. Qu'une envie d'en partir et ne pas y revenir.Je ne vous félicites pas de vos choix. Surement pas de visite de votre part avant la mise en ligne. J'aimerais un remboursement d'au moins la moitié du séjour.

Convenable pour dormir

Bon accueil. Le cuisine n’était pas ouf, que ce soit au niveau de la propreté ou même des équipements mais la chambre en revanche restait correct.

Bonne destination pour séjourner

Les chambres sont belles et confortables. La salle d'eau est étroite mais la cabine de douche est grande à l'intérieur. Le sous-sol est frais (ce qui n'a pas été un plus pour la météo que nous avons eu). La partie cuisine située dans la cave est suffisamment équipée. En l'absence d'une multiprise, attention au branchement et débranchement des appareils. Les ustensiles permettent une cuisine rudimentaire. Attention, les assiettes et les placards de rangement ont vécu. Prévoyez un couteau type Opinel pour votre séjour. La météo fraiche et pluvieuse ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la belle table pour déjeuner dehors. 4 étoiles/5 à la propreté pour prendre en compte le côté brut de la partie cave. On déplace la poussière depuis cette pièce, dans le reste de la partie privative. Cependant, pas de surprise selon moi (l'annonce est conforme à la réalité.) Je recommande !
