Enjoy the convenience of an open floor plan to entertain and converse with guests. The fully outfitted kitchen has recently updated cabinets and countertops with new barstools and dining table and flooring throughout. The living area has a new sofa, sitting chairs, coffee table, TV console and large smart TV.

The master bedroom has updated bedroom furniture and smart TV. The guest bedroom can sleep 4 in a queen bed & twin bunk beds, also new furniture & smart TV. Both bathrooms also have new vanities and countertops to match the kitchen. The en suite master bath has been updated to a large walk in shower with luxury tile on the walls and floor. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and fresh tile walls.

If you need a break from lounging on the beach (it has been known to happen!), just hop the resort shuttle and venture to the Village of Baytowne Wharf to try out some of their many water sports. Kayaks, boating, stand-up paddle are great ways to explore ‘the other side’ of SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® when you paddle around and find unique creatures like crabs and fish in the bay waters. Within the Village of Baytowne, enjoy great restaurant options and shopping for any style. Seasonal guests can enjoy nightly entertainment like outdoor movies, live music and fireworks!

Beautiful condo. They need to look into a new cleaning crew. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Especially because we pay such a hefty cleaning fee. Shower curtains were falling off, screen door was off on balcony, and stains on blankets. A good cleaning and some maintenance would make this place perfect!!

Sensational Stay

Property had everything we needed. Very easy check in/out instructions and there were no issues with communication Could not have a better view of the ocean from our balcony, and the unit had so much room for our guests. This is our 5th year staying in the building and we’ll definitely continue future trips here.

The condo easily accommodated our family of four plus 2 of our children's friends. The condo is well stocked. Would have given 5 stars but the furnishings are showing some wear and tear. However, this condo is more updated in terms of finishes than many of the others that I looked at. Overall - a great stay and we would do it again.

Beautiful and well equipped condo with amazing view

The condo was beautiful, with nice furnishings, updated kitchen and baths and very comfortable beds. We recognized a few minor concerns at check in, with some sand on the rugs and a closet door off it's track, but overall the unit is clean and well stocked. The view absolutely can't be beat. The instructions for check in were thorough and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation

Overall we were slightly satisfied with the condo but were disappointed in some of the cleanliness of the condo. The bedroom chair and footrest has obvious stains/soiling in addition the couch had a sticky substance on one of the cushions. I was also disappointed that a VRBO representative notified me on the day of check in about a broken patio window that was shattered and that there was still significant construction going on. There was constant noise throughout the day from the drills and machinery. In retrospect I would have chosen a different condo based on the conditions and notifying me 2 hours before check in about conditions is unacceptable. There should have been full disclosure prior to booking the condo.

Beautiful views just not very clean at all!!!

This property has amazing views! It was just lovely. But, it needs lots of TLC. The condo couch's had stains on it and love seat as we'll. Moreover, there was Mildew on the shower curtain in the master bath and cracks, holes, and chips all over the condo. The furniture needs replacing due to the many chips. The condo has a foul odor as well. And the condo did not seem clean at all upon arrival. The tile floor was awful. Most of the lamps don't work in many of the rooms. In addition the volume on the 2nd bedroom was not very good at all. My kids could barely hear the tv. When watching a movie one night. We did enjoy the location and loved sandestin but we won't be revisiting this property at all. We need to rent a property that is clean!!!! FYI...my vacation haven was professional but when I called to mention these remarks they said we will just take note of theses observations and offered to have a cleaning person spray the condo.

Worst experience Ever in Destin

I have been vacationing in Destin for over 30 years and this by far has been the worst experience ever. Upon arrival the unit was not clean, spider webs under kitchen cabinets were visible, floor was filthy, windows dirty, hair on bathroom floor and counter, play doh stuck to the patio table on balcony and bathrooms with mildew and dirty mildewed shower curtains. We immediately called to complain and were told they would schedule housekeeping service and change the shower curtains to following day. We cleaned up as much as we could with the minimal supplies and trusted that the place would be cleaned the following day. No one showed up! We called again to complain and they rescheduled for the following day. We were disgusted when the following day someone came by and only changed the shower curtains. My daughter also arrived to only realize that the sheets were never changed from the previous renter and we ended up washing the linens at 10pm. At this point we requested the manager return our calls and messages without a response. We also requested the owners contact information which was also ignored. Then, we all started to notice small bites all over our arms and legs. Bed bugs is what we were told upon getting checked out. We immediately left and notified Vacation Haven of our departure. They did return my call after we notified them of bed bugs, however, I missed it and called back but as of today I have not heard from anyone.

Family vaca!

Property was exactly as seen in the pictures; however, the view was BETTER than pictured. Loved the location and all of the shopping, restaurants, and activities available right on site. I am ready to head right on back!

Location was the best thing about this property.

The condo needed lots of updates! It was sandy before we even went to the beach. I would never stay at this condo or in SanDestin again.

horrible experience

No electricity for 15+ hours which got extremely hot, humid, and uncomfortable at night. Food in fridge was ruined. Our unit was dirty, stood in water while showering because drain was clogged, smoke alarms kept beeping during the night and had to remove batteries. Completely outdated. Couch and chairs were stained and smelled of Urine. Master window opened 6 inches and sliding door didn’t work. Landscaping started at 6am just outside single bed window waking people up. Sent an email (from their website) to the leasing company about these situations and haven't heard anything back in 5 days! Huge disappointment for the amount of money we paid for the experience!

Love Sandestin...Unit could use updating

Great location. The pool area was nice, and there is a really good restaurant in the building next door with a nice patio that you can walk up to in your swimsuit for lunch. The condo unit had extra beach chairs and floats, which was a nice addition. It also had great ocean views. The overall quality of the condo seemed a bit below par for other units in this building and the surrounding buildings. The furniture was somewhat worn out, and the unit as a whole could have used some updating.

Girls trip

View from the condo was amazing. We loved watching the waves early in the morning. The sheets however were not clean as we both found sand and smells in the sheets before ever going down to the beach. Other than that our stay was phenomenal!

Good Location. Great View.

It is what we expected. It is a straight rental unit so it had some wear and tear, as would be expected. Location was great, view was great, facilities on property and parking were great. I had meetings next door at the Hilton and this was just very short walk away. Worked out great for us and our 2 kids. Kitchen was nice. I would rent it again. Notes about San Destin resort, which had nothing to do with unit: shuttle service to go across to Baytown wharf is not great, but there are Uber’s running around the resort at busy times. If you don’t want to pay $65 a day for beach chairs bring your own. Golf courses I played were in good shape. Summertime is extremely crowded and construction on highway makes it tougher.

Our family vacation 2018 in Destin.

The room was nice, clean and had all the amenities of home. The view from the patio was amazing. Parking was covered and adjacent to the building. Access to and from was very easy. One item that we could of used on the beach was the umbrella stake which was not included with the chairs and umbrella. If I would have known I would have brought ours from home and wouldn't have had to rent one. Overall this was great vacation stay and we will return. Thank you.

Very nice condo and perfect location

This condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Unbeatable location. Perfect for families with children as you have a full kitchen with direct beach access. Prettiest beach you will find in north Florida panhandle. Best view from balcony, and we ate overlooking the beach both breakfast and lunch as well as a couple of home-cooked dinners. You save money and time for the beach by taking advantage of this unit and its well-appointed kitchen. Unit was clean and quiet. Would go back with our girls again!
