Star of the Sea is your personal oasis: a 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa with a private saltwater pool, sleeping up to 10. The star of the show is the huge covered outdoor living room, a guest favorite for lounging, dining and gathering in the shade just steps from the pool. Inside, high ceilings and an open layout give everyone room to spread out, with AC and fast Wi-Fi. Palm Beach's beach, restaurants and casinos are a 2-minute drive or 12 to 15-minute walk away.

THE SPACE
Outdoor Space
Step into your private backyard oasis. Off the dining room is a covered patio with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the saltwater pool and soak up the sun, then rinse off at the outdoor shower after a beach day. Fire up the gas grill and dine poolside at the outdoor table under the string lights, or rock under the stars on the large wooden swing.

Kitchen/Dining
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with the freezer on the bottom and an ice maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware, utensils and dishes you need. There's plenty of seating at the kitchen bar, the breakfast nook and the adjoining dining area. With large groups the ice maker may not keep up, so you may need to buy extra ice.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Living Room
The spacious, bright living room connects to the dining area and has a 55-inch TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps) and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing or family gatherings. Gather at the game table for chess, checkers or cards.

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 10, including 2 master suites. All bedrooms have TVs.

Bathrooms
3 full bathrooms, with a tankless water heater for plenty of hot water.
Bathroom 1: in the king master suite, with double sinks and a large walk-in shower with bench seating.
Bathroom 2: in the second master suite.
Bathroom 3: in the hallway near Bedrooms 2 and 3.
Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and wall dispensers in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The brand varies based on availability, so if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend bringing your own.

Laundry Room
The laundry room in the backyard has 1 washer and 1 dryer. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs and beach towels (one per person). We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Children
Please note the villa is not specifically childproofed. There is no crib or highchair. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. The yard is fully enclosed with high walls, but the pool does not have a safety fence, so please do not leave small children unattended.

GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. A lockbox is located at the front door; you'll receive the code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. There is a gated driveway for your rental car, and plenty of parking in front of the house if you have more than one car. Guests have full access to the entire villa, except two owner's closets: one outside in the backyard next to the laundry room, and a locked closet in the kitchen.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
