This quaint mountain condo is the perfect place to call home for the duration of your next small family getaway! Boasting an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen, entertaining loved ones with a delicious meal and a movie on the flatscreen TV will be a breeze. In the summer, come back after a day of activity for a lovely evening out on the deck and taking in the mountain view. In the winter, after a day on the mountain, you can turn on the fireplace and cozy up with a favorite book and a cup of hot chocolate! This condo is perfectly located, as you can take a nice stroll, bike ride, or rollerblade on the local bike path, located across the road from the complex, with trails leading all over the valley! You'll be a mile from Warm Springs Lifts for a day of skiing and snowboarding on the world-class slopes of Bald Mountain in the winter. Downtown Ketchum is less than two miles away and Sun Valley is three miles away, both offering an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment. If you have a few movie buffs in the group, be sure to check and see if the Sun Valley Film Festival is taking place during your stay!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
