Studio Bar

The Bar Studio is located in the basement of a gated community. This unit is completely self-contained, including its own entrance through the garage. The Bar Studio features a bar area, a stovetop, a sink for washing dishes, two refrigerators, a freezer, and, of course, a shower with a toilet and sink. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. You can also enjoy the children’s play area located on the grounds behind the residence: “Swing, trampoline, mini slide, and other play equipment.” For horse lovers, I’d be happy to introduce you to Ifrane, a Selle Français, and Nando, his companion. You’re welcome to pet them and say hello, but please don’t feed them due to their special diet. You can also enjoy a dining area and a cocktail area at the back of the residence. <br>Wi-Fi is free.<br>On-site, you have access to a private parking area.<br>Basel is 26 km away, Mulhouse is 8 km away, La Bresse is 48 km away, and the wine route begins in Thann—25 km away—and extends all the way to Marlenheim. The nearest international airport, Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, is 21 km away.<br>In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet.<br>The Bar studio, with a floor area of 60 m², can accommodate up to 7 people. In the same complex, next to the main house, there is a second vacation rental of 84 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people!
