WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Never book from Vacasa!
First, I would like to say that I have never left a negative review on VRBO and that the Majestic property itself was very nice and would definitely stay in another condo. Just not this one!!!
Upon arrival, we learned that Vacasa had not registered our vehicle nor ourselves with the Majestic property and we were not allowed into parking. Although, we spent hours with Vacasa attempting to resolve this, we were never allowed to park in Majestic parking due to Vacasa not registering my vehicle nor my booking of the property. Once inside condo, things go significantly worse! The master bedroom had not been cleaned at all. The bed still had linens and other items from previous renter. The bathtub had all the dirty towels from previous renter. There was a water leak under the sink. Bathtub had obviously not been cleaned and shower had mold in it. After discovering the linens were dirty, we stripped bed, however, we couldn’t find replacements. So, we slept on top of a twin sheet we found and a old blanket in closet.
All these problems, were provided to Vacasa thru a multitude of venues (VRBO messenger, txt and calls). Vacasa never addressed these issues. We never got linens for bed nor did we receive clean towels (also there wasn’t washing detergent to clean the dirty towels). Leak was never addressed. Later in stay, we found a pair of underwear left in couch under pillows. This condo was not stocked I ever stayed in and furniture, TVs and appliances were terrible!
