Breathtaking views from this Panama City Beach Condo is all everyone will be talking about. Located in the amazing LakeTown Wharf Resort. Host your family in this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with bonus bunk room for the kiddos. Amenities include:

LakeTown Wharf is in the center of all the action in Panama City Beach. Located across from famous, Pineapple Willie's Restaurant (beach front dining). Many near by restaurants in addition to restaurants onsite at the resort. Walmart across the street.
8 minute walk to the white sand between your toes or take a stroll on the boardwalk (52, 000 sq feet) of the lake. Vegas style fountain show.. Miniature golf.

-Parking , max of 2 cars strictly enforced
-Amenities fee- $90.00 plus tax . One time fee includes all guests, Must wear wristbands. This fee is paid directly to the resort.
-Age restriction: Yes, must be 18 and present with ID to reserve the condo.
-Starter kit included in reservation that will last the first day. Garbage bags/paper towels/ toilet paper/ hand soap.
-Peep hole Ring camera on premises.

Check in times: Check in is at 4:00 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic, housekeeping teams are moving as fast as they can.

Elevators: Please be patient and enjoy your vacation. The elevators can take 20 minutes during prime season for wait times. You can also park at the highest deck and take stairs. Remember this is out of our control and please don't rate your experience based on you knowing this prior to booking.

❤️We had no issues everything was clean and as listed. The location was great with an awesome view!!! I like the fact that there were enough dishes for us to actually cook a few meals while we were there.

Felt like home

We really enjoyed our vacation in this condo. First, this was probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever rented. It was spacious with tasteful beach decor. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and utensils. The beds were more comfortable than I’m used to from a rental. The patio was very large. I worked some from the condo and was able to do so comfortably from the table and no issues with the Wi-Fi. Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing all around!

We spent a week in this gorgeous rental and loved every minute of it! The view was stunning, and we all enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just taking it in. Being able to walk across the street to the beach whenever we wanted was huge. And we loved the restaurants and activities that were super close by (some within walking distance). We all agree that should any future trips to Panama City Beach happen, this will be the first place we look into booking!
