This home we affectionately call the Farmhouse offers new...well new everything! Sergeant Bluff is close to everything, Tyson Event Center, Casinos, Gold, snow tubing hill and much more! This property offers an oversized garage perfect for staging your next construction project in the Siouxland area as well as a huge rhubarb patch if that tickles your fancy. Thelander Properties LLC strives hard to exceed your expectations, we want to earn your business!

This completely remodeled home is offered to our valued guests for your short term housing needs. The home is pleasantly furnished with new kitchen and appliances, new washer and dryer, water softener and new beds so comfortable you may not want to leave! The home offers a front porch just like Grandpa and Grandma used to sit on and tell lies to each other and an oversized detached garage Grandpa ended up in after he got in trouble! I mentioned the rhubarb patch and hopefully weather permitting we'll polish up on my farming abilities and get a garden planted so you can go pull some weeds for some stress relief, not that you would have any stress after staying in this beautiful home! Ring brand doorbell in use.

My week long stay was amazing. I was in town for a funeral, and this house was exactly what we needed. Friends and family were able to come visit. We even accidentally left an air mattress behind, and the owner was more than accommodating for my son to pick it up after our check out date and time. 100% recommend this home!

The host was very nice when I talked to him on the phone. We had accidentally locked ourselves out.We only used the upstairs of the house as we did not need the downstairs. The stairs are rather steep so the downstairs would not work for elderly people. The downstairs could use some sprucing up, but the upstairs was comfortable and cozy. It was very, very cold when we were visiting so we were glad to have the use of the garage. The house was toasty and warm.

Brad is awesome and easy to work with. Property took care of our needs for the family wedding in Sioux City...However...you should know the stairs to the lower level are steep and probably need updated.

The property was neat and clean and well-stocked. It has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a nice size kitchen and nice dining table. Communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was super easy.The house shows some wear and tear.. The downstairs bathroom shower is small and dark, and the ceiling is unfinished with exposed wires and pipes. As a result, we used the upstairs bathroom for showering.

We had 2 families stay here and it was perfect! The upstairs/downstairs allowed us our own spaces but still allowed us to enjoy the stay together! Owner was accomodating and communicative. Easy in and oit location. Garage was nice to host some guests for shaded seating for a cookout.
