This spacious and private home is perfect for your next family getaway to Northern Idaho! Inside, this home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for everyone, and a spacious and open living area with a gas fireplace and a large TV. If you're up for a little friendly competition, play Ping-Pong or foosball. In the evening, relax out on the furnished deck while dinner sizzles away on the gas grill, and then gather around the firepit for storytelling and catching up. And with the fully-enclosed yard, dog pen, and doggy door, your four-legged family member will also have an amazing time here!

This home is just one block from the public boat launch for days of fun on Lake Pend Oreille. Three blocks away, Riley Creek State Park offers sandy beaches, play equipment, docks, picnic areas, and great walking trails. Sandpoint is only 14 miles away for shopping and dining. And skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking are a few of the activities that can be found at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, less than 30 miles north. Venture a little further to Silverwood theme park 45 miles away for a fun day together or try Priest Lake 50 miles away for its beaches, parks, boating, and fishing.

A Great Vacation Get-Away!

This was a great vacation home in northern Idaho. Located just a few blocks from the beautiful Pend Oreille river, it had a very spacious ground floor design, with the upper floor dedicated to numerous sleeping accommodations. The back yard had a secure wooden fence which our evening guests enjoyed with their four-legged friends. The gas barbeque served us all well, and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. One of the most impressive features was the tiled walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The garage had a ping pong table, and the living room had a large TV. The entire lower level was kept cool with a quiet and efficient wall monitor AC, and we slept in every morning. The owner, who lives nearby, was most helpful upon our arrival, and the house was very well stocked with kitchen and tableware, and a comfortable dining table for six, with another four chairs at the counter. The large washer and dryer worked perfectly, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

This home was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

We had all the amenities to feel like we were at home, including spices. The best part of this home was the ability to bring our beloved fur baby. This home is set up for a dog. Loved it!

Lumber mill view!

We had some snags with our stay but Vacasa helped us out with each issue. The location is convenient to WA and Northern Idaho, and the location across from the lumber mill gave us constant entertainment. Our dog was so happy to spend time in the yard and walk down to the river
