First time st Joe

The location and subdivision was perfect. Enjoyed our bike rides to beach or around the facilities. Close downtown port st. Joe and cape sandblast. The house has private with an awesome covered front porch. We had all me needed at the house. The layout was awesome for all. Update and clean. Thank u

Excellent!!

We loved everything about this house. Location was perfect as well as beach and pool access. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we didn’t have any hot water.

Ants

When we arrived I opened the dishwasher which had dirty dishes and a gazillion ants. My communication with the company by way of a “robot” asked silly questions like how many are there, take a picture so we can resolve your problem. Just telling them we have a lot of ants should be information enough. Then they said spray with vinegar. Gee I forgot to pack the vinegar.
