With space for 12, this home is ideal for families traveling together. This single level home will beckon you with its bright, pristine kitchen, dining area and inviting living room hues. Doors from the comfortable living room lead out to a screened-in porch with dining table & gas grill for your enjoyment.
This beautiful new build features a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a twin bunk room – perfect for your littler travelers - and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Lastly is the separated mother-in-law area located inside the home that’s equipped with its own full kitchen, king bedroom, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and bathroom - ideal for multiple families traveling together!

In renting this home you’ll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 6-seater electric golf cart. Guests can also access the community pool, playground & amenities at the Windmark Beach Village Center.

- Age Restrictions: the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will approve via photo ID. Great stay

The home was very comfortable, clean and in a nice neighborhood. Community pool closest to house is nice it could use a few more chairs & heated pool would be beneficial in early spring. Beach access was a little bit further than we expected but very doable. I would definitely rent in this area again & from this property owner.

Time with family

This property was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of space for everyone. The house was brand new and GORGEOUS! The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge hit for our teenagers, but was also helpful as we had our elderly parents with us. Communication was fantastic. We hope to come back!
