Great location!

The apartment has plenty of space. There is one bedroom that you can make as dark as a cave for a perfect night’s sleep. The other bed is a pull out sofa in the living room which worked fine for us. The balcony porch is lovely. The location is central to the 3 countries bridge and beautiful parks. We loved the ease of walking to public transport. We were not expecting to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We were communicated with only in French so just had to use google translate. We appreciated a working washer/dryer. We were a little sad the glow sign didn’t work since that is on the front page of the listing. Overall a pleasant stay with convenient parking in a great location.

One bedroom, not two, no seating due to 2nd bed is the couch. Very clean and quiet, minimal

Overall liked the place. Very clean, minimal apartment. We felt we were misled with a two bedroom. Definitely a 1 bedroom with a couch that flips down for a bed in the living room. No seating whatsoever inside. Nice patio, very quiet neighborhood with a couple of places to eat within walking. Also a short walk to the river. Language barrier, but readily answered questions we had. The worst was going up 3 flights of stairs with all our luggage. Definitely hard to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host Emel was very helpful, and responded quickly when we had questions. Self check-in was easy. Fourth floor walk up, so the first trip will be the longest, but after that it's nice to have the outdoor space to enjoy with a bit of a view, and covered area for drying clothes outside. The apartment is quite spacious, perfectly clean, and exactly as represented. It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with several restaurants close by. Le Vauban was pretty good, and a good local experience. Bacio was great food, and great staff. It's a pretty short walk to the Rhine River bridge. You can catch the train just a block beyond, and then it's about 15 minutes to the bridge to the old part of the city of Basel. We highly recommend.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Einrichtung war wie im Internet beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Emel war prima, hat sich sehr schön um alles gekümmert.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement. En plus d'être au calme et très bien décoré, il est également très bien équipé. La terrasse est vraiment très agréable ! Situé au cœur du village, il permet un accès facile à pied aux petits commerces comme les épiceries, boulangerie.,restaurants. .. L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible. Je recommande donc sans hésiter !

Phantastische Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Huningue, fünf Restaurants befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung, ebenso die Dreiländerbrücke und ein kleiner Laden, zum nächsten Super U ist es ebenso nicht weit, und der Euroairport Basel - Mulhouse ist in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Weil am Rhein sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, von da aus kommt man bequem autofrei nach Basel. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, in einem top Zustand, und durch die Klimaanlagen auch im Sommer sehr angenehm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Auch wenn Huningue vielleicht selbst kein wahnsinnig attraktives Reiseziel ist, befindet man sich dort aber in einer idealen Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Basel, ins Elsass und auf die deutsche Seite des Rheins. Dazu kommt eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die umgehend auf Anfragen reagiert und eine wirklich schöne, angenehme Atmosphäre in ihrer Wohnung geschaffen hat.

Von der problemlosen Buchung bis hin zur Wohnung selbst, alles wie beschrieben und absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Waren mit unserem 6-jährigen Sohn dort und fanden die, wie schon in mehreren Bewertungen vorher beschriebenen, tolle Lage der Wohnung und den damit verbundenen Möglich- und Annehmlichkeiten perfekt! Nice apartment near Basel

The apartment is on the top floor of an older, well maintained building in central Huningue. It has lots of light and is clean and modern in style. It sleeps 4 people comfortably and has a nice balcony with views over the roofs of Huningue. Bakery, groceries and several restaurants are nearby. A nice walk over the pedestrian Three-Countries-Bridge takes you to the tram with direct connection to downtown Basel. A day ticket is about 10 US$. The owner/manager was very quick in responding to our questions.

Ein Schmuckstück mitten im Zentrum

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie war genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben: sauber, neu, sehr gemütlich, sogar unerwartet ruhig, so dass man bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Dazu muss man jedoch sagen, dass wir im April dort waren, als das Leben noch nicht so sehr auf der Straße stattfand. Ein kleines Manko (daher ein Stern Abzug) ist, dass die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für eine Familie (1 kleines Kind) ausgelegt ist. So ist das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für einen 4jährigen aus unserer Sicht nicht praktikabel, so dass wir eine eigenes Luftbett mitgebracht haben. Wir können insgesamt aber dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen und würden noch einmal wiederkommen.

Bel apparemment lumineux

Appartement très agréable baignée d'une belle lumière, ainsi que sur la terrasse dès le matin. Très belle location spacieuse bien équipée. La deuxième chambre est le canapé-lit du salon. Merci à notre hôte pour son organisation efficace et sa présence même si nous ne la rencontrons pas! Tout se fait par message. Bâle est facile d'accès par le tram. Et il est sympa d'être situer au carrefour des 3 pays!

Sehr schöne Wohnung nördlich von Basel

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Huningue (Hüningen). Alles neu und in top Zustand. Tolle Dachterrasse, schöne Einrichtung (wie auf den Bildern) und ruhige Lage. Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Ausflügen nach Basel genutzt. Der Bus nach Basel ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Parken auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen problemlos und kostenlos möglich. Total überrascht waren wir von der nur etwa 100 Meter entfernten Dreiländerbrücke und somit nur 5-minütigem Spaziergang auf die andere Rheinseite nach Weil am Rhein. Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants auch nur wenige Meter um den Place Abbatucci entfernt. Die Wohnung können wir für einen Baselbesuch oder als Standort für Ausflüge ins Elsass uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft an Emel.
