The Villa is new and has an area of ​​200 sq.m. composed of two floors (100 sq.m each), including a basement, but bright and dry ( built with modern standards).
The villa has a large furnished terrace, a big bright living room with air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, one with 4 beds (30 sq.m. large, very suitable for children), 3 bathrooms (one upstairs, and 2 bedroom downstairs), a big kitchen (with stone top) a storage room with oven and dishwasher.
The weekly rate includes linen for 8 people (extra people with extra price), gas water electricity utilities , and shaded parking for 2 car. The 3rd floor of the house is inhabited, with the entrance on the back, so your privacy is assured.
