Very pleasant farmhouse on one level with morning sun, located on enclosed wooded land, on the edge of the Bercé national forest, with calm and serenity assured. Court available. . Living room/living room (wood stove and convertible sofa in 140), kitchen, 3 bedrooms. (1: 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190, 2: 2 beds 80x200, 3: 1 bed 140x190). Equip. add.: freezer Included: electricity, sheets, wood. Not included: oil heating (flat rate €8/night), cleaning fee (€50). Wireless.
