7 km north of Le Mans, 5 km from the Auchan shopping center and the Paris-Nantes-Rennes-Rouen-Bordeaux motorway tollbooths, 2 km from La Bazoge (all shops and schools). This old farmhouse, fully renovated in 2012 by an architect, offers 109 m² of living space with exposed beams and a terrace of approximately 40 m². Located in a rural setting, it has independent access and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, living room (TV + internet), equipped kitchen, shower room (washer/dryer), WC, 1 bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, bathroom, separate WC. Electric central heating (flat rate of €15/day from September 15th to April 15th). A cleaning fee of €60 is charged separately and is mandatory for business travelers. Bed linen included - Beds made upon arrival.
