Small bright and cozy cottage, decorated with mix and match, between antique finds, workshop windows, and small homemade creations. A place where nothing is thrown away and everything is transformed. A place where we love cows, old tractors, nature and calm. Here you will (re)discover the little simple pleasures of everyday life.

Located in the Sarthe Valley, the geographical location allows you to enjoy our beautiful city of Le Mans with its St Julien cathedral, old Le Mans, the famous 24-hour circuit and its museum. The Sarthe is also a gastronomic heritage with excellent addresses, its castles, its earthenware museum in Malicorne sur Sarthe, the Flèche zoo, the Solesmes abbey, river cruises in Sablé sur Sarthe...
And if doing nothing is the theme of your vacation, terrace and deck chairs, small private garden and barbecue will accompany you throughout your stay.

Two other lodgings, of 7 and 5 places can accommodate up to 14 people on the same place. (see the & cow workshop and the curiosities workshop in Louplande). On the ground floor, the main room offers a fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher), a lounge area and wood stove, wc. Upstairs, the bedroom with a 160 bed or two 2x80 single beds, a bathroom (shower) and washing machine. Bed(s) made on arrival. Not provided, towels. Request if needed. Heating included. At the exit of A11, exit 9, take direction Louplande. Drive around 2.5 kms and just before arriving at Louplande, take the small road on the left in the bend. Go to the 1st crossroads, turn left, after one kilometer, after the pond, take the path called "le hollow"; you have arrived.
