Shorewood includes a large outdoor pool, large clubhouse with workout room including sauna, tennis courts and private access to a quiet section of the beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is a very large kitchen and living space as well as one master bedroom, one bedroom with direct access to 2nd bathroom and one room with two double beds. Additionally, there is a one car garage allowing you to park your car inside.

This Condo Association is a top notch "resort style" property located on the beach in Cape Canaveral Florida. The amenities include tennis courts, a clubhouse with fitness center and sauna. And a very nice and large outdoor pool area. This unit has partial ocean views and a pool view as well. The two large balconies are perfect for enjoying time outside listening to the ocean.
