Updated 2BR home in Huntington, WV

Beautiful home with new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring, new windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. The Tri-State airport is about 10 minutes away and Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and televisions in both bedrooms and WiFi is available for guests. The WiFi works great for streaming, gaming, and remote work. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.

This is a home that has been in my family since 1995. I inherited it in 2019 and completely remodeled it to make it more modern. I am from Huntington, WV and use the home often when visiting friends and family.

We keep our home clean, guests have a passcode that allow them a no hassle entry at any time on their reservation date, and our neighbors are fantastic.

What makes this property unique

The appliances are all new. The stove is a gas range. There is plenty of kitchenware if staying home and cooking sounds good.
