Spacious Stone House in Meygal Forest with Terraces, Fireplace, and Kids' Play Area
Located in a wooded setting on the edge of the Meygal forest, this cottage is a large, detached stone house with two pleasant terraces (8 and 9 m²) and a private, unfenced lawn of 200 m² with children's play equipment.
Nearby: Lac Bleu (Blue Lake), Meygal forest on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Romains Museum, climbing site, shops and services). The owners' parents welcome guests and allow guests to use part of their property (1500 m²).
The ground floor comprises a dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, leading to a large living room with a closed fireplace, and a separate toilet in the utility room.
The first floor is divided into two independent units, each containing two bedrooms, for a total of three bedrooms with one double bed (140cm) each and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm). There is a shower room and a toilet on each side.
Services provided by the owners:
- Oil-fired central heating included in the price. Firewood provided free of charge.
- Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and baby bath available upon request.
- Mobile phone available in the cottage.
Services available for an additional fee from the owners:
Cleaning service: €50 (payable on arrival).
Linen rental: €8 per single bed, €10 per double bed (payable on arrival).
A security deposit of €120 will be required upon arrival at the cottage.
