Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht op de baai

Het bovenste terras was prachtig om daar te eten en te zitten met het uitzicht. Was op de verdieping met de living en grote keuken. Beneden terras was goed in de avond wegens minder zon. Terrassen hebben mooie elektrische luifels. Beneden zijn 2 slaapkamers (koeler) en een kleine living en open keuken plus badkamer en wc. Op eerste verdiep is een luxe suite met en suit dressing en badkamer, bovenverdieping is ook met slaapkamer, badkamer en zithoek maar warmer. Op 500m is een oesterkwekerij en een strand om te zonnebaden en te zwemen. Ook in de buurt zijn verschillende wandelpaden langs het water.

Un vrai Bonheur

Une grande maison. Presque neuve, très confortable. Très bien organisé avec la possibilité de gérer l'indépendance de 2 groupes. ( 6 personnes possibles au RDC + Salon et cuisine + terrasse orienté Ouest face à la mer + SdB ) au 1er + 2ème ( 6 autres personnes possibles + Salon cuisine et terrase face à la mer ). Un calme absolu, une vue à couper le souffle. Un environnement magnifique. Un seul petit inconvénient lié à cette partie du Golfe du Morbihan : Très peu de plages, petites et vaseuses à marée basse. En synthèse ..... on a adoré. Bruno

Maison non adaptée à la région venteuse

Agréable maison avec une très jolie vue sur le golf. Cependant la maison aux finitions non réalisées (câble électrique apparent) reste très bruyante des qu’il pleut ou qu’il vente et cela rend les chambres désagréables notamment la nuit (impossible de dormir). En effet les volets roulants tapent contre la vitre et les fenêtres vibrent fortement. Les velux sûrement mal posés rendent une des chambres très bruyante des qu’il pleut. C’est dommage pour le prix !!! Les salles de bain sont très agréable, une baignoire aurait été appréciée.

Tres belle maison avec superbe vue.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette splendide maison qui est parfaitement adapté pour 2 familles (1 de 4 et 1 de 5) qui peuvent avoir leur propre espace séparé ( même pour la cuisine car il y en a 2). Nous étions 7 personnes : 4 adultes avec 2 ado de 11 et 13 ans ainsi qu'un enfant de 7 ans. La literie est de très bonne qualité ainsi que tous les équipements présents. Nous avons juste regretté qu'y ai pas eu de télé en bas pour les enfants comme on pouvait le voir sur une des photos de l'annonce (mais il est vrai que ce n'était pas écrit qu'il y en avait 2). Sinon au niveau de la propreté, nous sommes venu la semaine juste après une tempête qui avait empêché la société de nettoyage de venir et elle était quand même très correcte dans l'ensemble. Je recommande cette adresse et y retournerai sans aucun souci.
