There is a dining area and a living area furnished with a sofa bed and a TV. A large bay window facing the slopes opens onto a south-facing balcony.

A staircase in the hallway leads to two further bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm), both with storage cupboards.
