Just 4km from the center of La Bresse, with its numerous activities and shops, 18km from Gérardmer, and close to Alsace. This detached mountain chalet has two floors, comprising on the first floor:

- A kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

- A living/dining room with seating for up to 6 people, including a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a television.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160/200cm).
- A bathroom with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Washing machine

- 4 balconies/terraces (one on each side of the cottage)
on the ground floor (Japanese-style steps leading to the ground floor):
- Two adjoining bedrooms, one with two single beds (90/190 cm) and one with a double bed (140/190 cm)

At the roundabout at the exit of the city center of La Bresse, turn left towards Gérardmer. At the level of the granite works (about 500 m), turn left towards the Col de la Croix des Moinats, Vagney. Follow this road (D34) for 3.3 km. 100 m after the Haut de Parfongoutte sign at the small parking lot on the right, turn left, 20 m and left again.
