Our high end cozy retro style new home is conveniently located in the heart of Naples. Only 1.5 miles away from the beach, minutes away from nearby plaza which offers dining experience, shops, supermarkets, gas station etc. Well known downtown district is 4 miles away as well Mercato if you are looking for nighttime activities.
The house offers 2 bedrooms which will accomodate 4 guests,equipped with 2 very comfortable Certa Gel Memory Foam Mattress for a great support and comfort.The living room offers 100% leather sofa and love seat and a flat screen LED tv that offers more than 100 channels.Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances,cutlery,pots and pans for cooking your lovely meals while visiting.Also on the porch you will find cozy furniture for enjoying your evening and have a glass of wine and enjoy the view of our backyard lights.Screened patio and private backyard with a fully equipped grill is also one of our ammenities.Beach cruisers are available if you feel like having a breakfast or cup of coffee in one of the nearby restaurants.
