My family and I vacation in Naples every year to visit family and spend time at the beach and this is the best place we’ve stayed at yet. The home is beautiful and it is just minutes from beach. The host quickly responded to messages. We needed to extend our vacation a couple days due to some family issues and the host quickly responded to the request and was able to accommodate the additional days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend time in the area. We will looking to stay again next year.

As the kids would say, this property is quite "mid". For the price, in Naples proper, it's good value. Management company was good to work with, and made check in and out easy. The property was generally pretty clean, except for ants that we found in the bathroom. Two big issues, that are easily solvable. One, the dishwasher is very old and the racks are rusting. I do not want to wash items in a dishwasher that is rusting. Two, the thermostat is restricted. I actually have no problem with this as long as it was stated in the description before booking. It is a Nest thermostat, that has been rigged to stay on "heat". Basically it can be adjusted between 70 and 80 degrees. That is actually pretty reasonable. I would not have booked the property if I knew this, as my family prefers it at 67-68 at night. The thermostat also resets at some point, whether there is a setting or someone is doing it remotely. So, if you were gone all day, and came in at 8pm, you may find that the thermostat is on 75 degrees, and it will take 2 hours to cool down. As I mentioned, these things are fully fixable! And hopefully they will be fixed!

House was clean and modern. Walkable to the beach if you don't mind walking a mile. Easy to uber if not walking. Liked the open concept layout. Way better than getting a couple of hotel rooms.

Perfect Rental for Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I came with my family of 5 to stay for 10 days and was well satisfied with the stay. The cleanliness was up to my satisfaction and communication with the owner was easy and speedy. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would be likely to stay again.

Wonderful vacation!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We loved every minute. There were thoughtful details that we really appreciated - shampoo/conditioner, charging cords, laundry basket and pods, beach towels, and more. We didn’t need a thing! Beds were so comfortable and clean and the furniture was new. We could have stayed longer. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad - 6 blocks. We had family in Naples so we didn’t need to explore the beach access there, but all the beaches in Naples are beautiful. The only downside to this condo was that the kitchen appliances were in sad shape. A new dishwasher and stove and this would easily be a 5-star stay! But the refrigerator is new and the laundry machines are standard workhorses that clean well. So overall a great place to stay for vacation!

Naples Trip

Location of property was convenient to the conference we attended and within 10 mins away from everywhere we needed to go. Owners were responsive. Property appeared clean but, upon further inspection, there were bugs in both bathrooms, including a cockroach. We were barely there, except to sleep and didn't have time to look at other rentals because of our hectic work schedule. I notified the owners, who responded that they were there the day before but, I don't know how they could've been and missed that many bugs. I provided pics and they were surprised but, did nothing about it and charged us full price anyway. I would not consider this property to rent again. Disappointed, to say the least.

Unfortunately, this is not a very accurate review. As you can see by the other reviews, this property is kept in immaculate shape. This guests did send a picture of a dead bug that was found somewhere in the house. We explained to her that we were very shocked by that, but if it was true then that means the pest control is working. The bug was not there when the routine walk through was done before check in, and at times where guests are moving in to a unit and leave doors open for long periods then it is Florida and a bug might sneak in. This guest wanted a large sum of money back, which was suspicious and sad.
