FAMILY FUN Big Bear LAKE CABIN: HOT-TUB AC FIRE PIT BBQ GAMES near LAKE/village

Relax and have a good time in our cozy & clean, family friendly newly remodeled mountain cabin with an outdoor spa/hot tub. Over 1250 square foot open floor plan with 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms that can sleep 8 comfortably. Bedroom one and bedroom 2 both have queen sized beds, bedroom three has a full & twin bunk, and our loft bedroom four, has 3 twin beds for the kids . There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the downstairs family common area. Our Cabin has Smart TV's in every room with cable, Atari, open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, internet, games/puzzles, air hockey, fireplace, outdoor BBQ, outdoor spa/hot tub, fire-pit and picnic table. Our Cabin is fully equipped with new linens, towels, & all kitchenware. The yard is fenced on the sides and back with plenty of room for the kids to play. Three vehicles are able to park in the driveway and bikes can be securely stored in our Tuff Shed. Ideally located and just minutes from the ski resorts, slides, Village, lake, shopping and restaurants. You are very close by to all that Big Bear has to offer.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash to the trash site and take all food with you.
Pickup dog waster and take with you. Cover the spa.
Wash all dishes and put away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking allowed inside the house, please call to discuss number of pets, fees, and rules. Cars must be parked in driveway or you maybe evicted.
Photo Id is required for all travelers within 24 hours of booking. No spa use from 10pm-7am. Non recording CCTV in front, side, & back
If we receive a noise complaint & if house rules are violated you will lose your all booking payments, deposits & be evicted immediately no refunds.
