1km from the village, located in a hamlet, the gîte is independent with an enclosed courtyard and a very pleasant view of the Valley and the Sancerrois on the borders of Berry and the Loire Valley. The house is composed of a kitchen, a large living room (fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven and microwave, wood stove), a bathroom (shower, sink, WC, washing -laundry, towel dryer), as well as two bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, then one bedroom with 1 140X190 bed and 1 90x190 bed).
Electric heating (billing according to consumption). Rental of sheets and towels at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning extra. Bail. Parking in the yard for 2 cars.
