Cozy Cottage in Heart of Sologne - Near Shops, Hiking, Fishing, Historical Sites

Our cottage for 4 people is housed in a Sologne-style house with an enclosed courtyard located in the village center, close to shops and all amenities.

Coullons is in the heart of the Sologne region, with its numerous fishing ponds and hiking trails (GR 3, Loire by bike, a boat trip along the Loire, etc.) where you can relax.

The Loiret region is rich in prestigious villages, marinas, castles, museums, parks, gardens, and other historical remains.

Walkers have wonderful opportunities for excursions where the discoveries are multiple and varied. On the ground floor: a living room with a kitchenette and sitting area (fireplace NOT in use), bedroom 1 with two single beds, a separate bathroom, and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a landing with a relaxation area, bedroom 2 with two single beds, and a separate toilet.

Outside, you have access to a private courtyard enclosed by a gate, with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and a plancha grill.
Parking: 1 space at the front of the house and 1 space at the back in the enclosed courtyard.

Heating included, sheets included, and beds made upon arrival. Towels and cleaning service are optional. For long-term business stays (from 15 days), cleaning service is available every 15 days.

€300 security deposit for all rentals, or €700 security deposit for pets.
