Space optimized to accommodate up to 6 people with 2 double beds on the mezzanine.
Very attractive price for families and groups.
10 minutes walk from Montmartre and 15 minutes by metro from central Paris.
Gare du Nord is also a 10-minute walk away. And from the two nearest metro stations (about 5 minutes on foot), La Chapelle (line 2) and Château Rouge (line 4), you can reach in a few minutes, and often directly, the main tourist sites of the capital.

Sylvain war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der sich häufig nach uns erkundigt hat und uns hilfreich zur Seite stand. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sie befindet siech in einem Altbau, weswegen einige bauliche Mängel vorhanden sind. Das Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Paris.

Terrible area Black Mold in all areas

The owner was nice and I was looking forward to staying. My kids had trouble breathing when we arrived. I got allergy medicine for them thinking it would help. 2nd day I noticed mold in the kitchen and living room. I moved them into main bedroom only to find mold under the table. I took pictures to send to VBRO they should not allow this place to be rented!

Au top et très agréable

La location est bien située! Dans un quartier serein. Pour obtenir les clés et les renseignements avec notre hôte, tout c'est fait très simplement ! En revanche question sanitaire et hall d'entrée c'est un peu plus vétuste. Mais le reste de l'appartement est très bien conçu et pensé! Le logement est très propre. Nous recommandons ++ et si nous retournons à Paris, nous retournerons les yeux fermés dans ce logement. Merci beaucoup à Sylvain pour son accueil.

Muy sucio

Decepcionante. Todo muy sucio, estropajos antiguos desechos, armarios rotos y llenos de suciedad y trastos antiguos, la ducha rota, suelo roto, todo sucio. Era un bajo dando a la calle sin avisar en un de los barrios mas peligrosos. Poco menaje. Camas y cojines que olían a usado. Éramos 5 y solo teníamos 4 toallas amarillentas...
