Detached chalet facing south in a residential area located 800 meters from the town center.
Living room with dining area opening onto a lovely terrace offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountain range.
Kitchen area with electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, and dishwasher.
At the entrance, a separate WC with sink and storage cupboard.
Upstairs, a bathroom with WC, one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) facing south, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) facing south, and a third bedroom with a sofa bed.
A garage (not always accessible in winter) and a laundry room with washing machine, and an unfenced south-facing garden.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
