Superbe appartement, encore mieux que sur les photos. Vue magnifique, équipement au top , garage , abri vélo , en ville , face a la plage....que demander de plus ....merci également a "la conciergerie a la hauteur" de Royan pour sa prestation au top !! A bientôt peut être. Thierry.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement, la seule chose que je souhaite préciser c’est ma déception du fait de l’annonce vue à 360 degrés, très belle vue mais pas à 360 degrés.

Contente que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour chez nous et trouvé l'appartement magnifique.
Cependant, désolée que vous soyez déçue par notre annonce.
Il est vrai que l'appartement n'est pas juste un plateau entouré de fenêtres. Ce que nous avons voulu expliquer, en intitulant notre annonce "360°baie de ROYAN", c'est que de l'appartement vous voyez l'ensemble de la baie et de la plage de la Grande Conche jusqu'à Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, toute la ville de Royan avec une vue imprenable sur l'église Notre Dame et le port , le Verdon, la plage de Foncillon juste devant l'appartement, le phare de Cordouan, Pontaillac et le début de Saint-Palais et ce sans aucun vis à vis.
Nous avons d'ailleurs essayé de publier les photos les plus fidèles possible .

L' appartement est magnifique et conforme aux photos.
Il est très bien équipé ! La vue est magnifique, nous avons pu apprécier les couches de soleil !
Les propriétaires sont réactifs en cas de soucis.
La plage et les commerces sont très proches. Tout peut être fait à pied.

Appartement très spacieux, très propre, clair, arrangé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Literie en excellente état. Vue à 360° extraordinaire. Situation idéale pour aller à pied dans le centre de Royan et pour se promener le long de la côte par le chemin des douaniers. Ligne de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Accueil bienveillant de la part de Gaëlle. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.
