Welcome to the coastal home of your dreams in the relaxed residential retreat of Coral Cove. As soon as you pull into our driveway, you’ll be able to walk, bike or paddle to every place in town.
Our newly constructed two-story house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a study area with bunk beds, plus 3 and a half bathrooms, to comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults plus children. The bright living area fully opens up to a private patio, where you'll love to gather by the heated plunge pool with a view of the sunset over the bay.
Truly in the heart of Islamorada, yet secluded within a protected cove among the mangroves. Less than a mile away from many of the best restaurants, bars and shops in town, including Lorelei, Morada Bay, Chef Michael's, Kaiyo Grill, Green Turtle Inn, Islamorada Beer Company, Florida Keys Brewery, Miss Monroe Boutique and Backcountry Cowboy. The Trading Post grocery store is located within 200 feet and open 365 days/year, 24 hours/day, and a fully-stocked Publix supermarket/pharmacy is a 3-minute drive away. Nearby marinas offer fishing charters, boat rentals, and much more.
Our development is located directly on the bay, with easy access to boat dockage, a community pool, and water sports.
Paddle boards and beach cruisers are available for your complimentary use.

Our community boat dock offers private slips for watercraft up to 35 feet in length. Please request a dock space upon booking your reservation.

Great family escape

There were 5 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. Had almost everything we needed and was a great location. Shrimp Shack had great food and was right across the street.

Perfect Place to Stay in Islamorada

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. It is located in the best possible location in Islamorada. We loved having our 23' boat there the entire time and the plunge pool was such a nice amenity. The owner, Giovanna, could not have been nicer and was so helpful and a joy to deal with. Loved it!!!

We enjoyed the house and its central location in Islamorada. We enjoyed having a boat split for our Boston Whaler. We forgot which day it was multiple times.. That is a sign of a wonderful vacation.

This place was great! Right in the heart of Islamorada. So many great restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Giovanna was very accommodating. Beautiful Stay

Giovanna was a wonderful host! Thoughtful communication was helpful and she has thought of it all. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds and lines are incredibly comfortable. Perfect slice of Paradise!

The property is gorgeous! We have been coming to Islamorada for over 20 years and this new property was perfect for our stay with 6 people. Great location, walking distance to everything. Our children loved the private pool, community pool and the dock fishing was great for our children as well. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. House was very well organized and very clean! Would love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Paradise!!!

This property will not disappoint! The community has a laid-back Keys vibe, and the home is beautifully decorated. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving when the weather was perfect. Enjoyed the bicycles and paddleboards, as well as hanging in the plunge pool watching football on the big screen and relaxing. Giovanna was the perfect host. We hope to stay again soon.

Paradise and Relaxation

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. The home is gorgeous, immaculate and has everything you need for rest, relaxation and a bit of fun. The location is also great. We were able to snorkel, fish, and swim at the beach within just a few miles. My girls loved spending time in the splash pool after the days activities. While my husband and I enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine at the end of the day. We look forward to our next stay.

Comfortable Home

The house was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals. There were plug-in air fresheners in every bathroom which we unplugged upon arrival because we prefer unscented interiors. The plunge pool was a great place to relax in the afternoons. Highly recommend this house.

Everything you need

This property was beautiful... great space, has all the amenities. We loved the location and the setting. Having the private plunge pool was fabulous for having a cocktail after dinner. The dock was perfect for the boat and also seeing all the wildlife (manatee, fish, baby sharks). We took sunset cruises out into the harbor each night. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Our group had a great time and were very impressed with this propery. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Absolute 100% perfection!

By far this has been the best experience we have ever had using VRBO. The property was exactly as described. The home was impeccable upon arrival and the host was incredibly responsive. The beds are super comfortable and we had ample space. The amenities are lovely with the dock, pool and fire pit. Beautiful sunsets and great proximity to lots of fun activities. We fell in love with Islamorada over a decade ago when we drove down as visitors for a weekend getaway. Ever since, we kept returning every chance we got. On a serendipitous occasion during one of our many visits, we happened to walk by the pre-construction site of Coral Cove and instantly knew we would love making this place our home.
We eventually built the home of our dreams and decided the only thing better than keeping it to ourselves would be sharing our paradise with families and friends seeking a relaxing, yet excitement-filled experience in unforgettable Islamorada.

Our home's location is truly unbeatable. Central to everything Islamorada has to offer, from world-famous restaurants to activities for the entire family, while nestled in a peaceful cove on the bay. Direct water access allows guests to keep watercraft within reach for the duration of their stay.
