The luxurious living room opens into the ground level, which joins the terraces and the swimming pool and from each corner you can enjoy the infinite deep blue of the Ionian.It features a fireplace, a sitting roomy, a breakfast and lunch place and a comfortable, sumptuous private kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with not only all the modern conveniences but also with imported furniture of the latest technology. On the same level there is one bedroom with king size bed with a private balcony and a large private bathroom ( sleeps two - 2 ) .
On the first floor there are three ( 3 ) bedrooms which can accommodate up to six ( 6 ) persons. Each room has its own bathroom – WC and a balcony with a view of the Ionian.
On the lowest level there is a spacious bedroom (suite) with a king size bed and a sitting space with a big private bathroom . It can accommodate up to four ( 4 ) persons.
There is also an extra bedroom who sleeps two ( 2 ) with a private W.C.
On the outside area there are two sitting spaces for all day and a full W.C for the needs of the pool and the surrounding areas .
With tranquil surrounding this property offers the perfect change to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Set in hills of Katouna, this modern property can sleep up to 12-14 persons (including kids ) .
Just 7 ( seven ) minutes from Lefkas town gives you wonderful view over the sea, and the beautiful green hills of Lefkas island. Ideal for weddings or honeymoons.
The villa is close to the mini market of Katouna village and the famous traditional tavernas . Also is not far ( 900 meters ) from the tavernas of Ligia village ( famous for the fresh fish ) , and from the beautiful beach ( beach bar - coffee stores) .
On 2 kilometer from the villa are the best beach bar all around Lefkas island , the K-Beach Bar and the NV Bay Bar !!!!
It is in your own choice to visit us and our pleasure to give you the best vacation you have ever lived.

Incredible place and fantastic vacations

We had a great time in a beautiful villa and an incredible view. The rooms were great with their own bathrooms and the outside area with the infinity pool, barbecue and sitting area was perfect. Antonio was a great host and directed us to discover the best places of the island and the sea. Maria and Aris were incredible and they came every day to clean the house and the outside area. For sure a place to come back to.

A beautiful villa in a remarkable setting.

We stayed for two weeks in this idyllic villa with its stunning scenery with our large family and friends. The villa is beautifully maintained by the wonderful Maria, who cleaned our rooms every day and Aris who kept the grounds and pool sparkling. Antonis was incredibly helpful and addressed any problems we had over our stay. A gem of a find.

Fantastic all around

The villa was lovely, a great location with fantastic views. A car is a must for getting around. Antonio was absolutely fantastic, he was always checking in to see if we wanted anything,. He certainly knows a lot of people, great for getting booked in at some lovely restaurants. A great plus was Maria &Darius who came in every day and kept the place spotless. We will definitely visit again..

Large Family Holiday

The villa is well appointed, modern, comfortable & Clean. The 6 bedrooms are all en-suite and there is plenty of room for a large family or group, with lots of areas around the pool and gardens to relax. The views from the villa and pool area are absolutely beautiful! The owner/manager likes to visit the property, unannounced, at least once or twice a day, which was offered with the best intentions, but we found very intrusive. The pool & cleaning staff also attended the property every day for several hours, so whilst the property was beautifully clean, did not provide much privacy during the day.

A wonderful family holiday

We decided to take all the family (parents, children and grandchildren) on a holiday before the grandchidren(eldest 16 this year) go their own way.. We booked Antonios` beautiful villa with its large capacity(16), lovely views and large pool. We were not disapointed, everything was as stated in the website and we had a wonderful time. Antonio and his staff kept the place spotlessly, clean and tidy without us being aware they were around. Antonio was always on hand to advise on the best beaches and tavernas which made life easy for someone who did not know the area. Visit this villa, you will not be disappointed.

lovely week

What a great house! We stayed here for one week in the house with oure family, 10 adult and 2 childeren. The house is beautiful and is big enough. In real the view and the house are more beautiful than on the foto's. Each morning the staff clean the terras, bbq and every other day the house! Also is the owner, Antonio verry kind, asks you if there is anything he coud do, advised you in places to visit. For in the future we will visit the Thea house again! It was a great week with the family. Antonios and staff thanks for the lovey week.

Also me and my staff we are always close to you , to give you the best hospitality you ever had .
There is every day cleaning of the villa , the surrounding area and the pool from the staff.
Once per week we change the linens and the towels.

What makes this property unique

The traditional village of Katouna is so close to the property (450m) and you can see old people and drink with them like friends Greek and Turkish coffe , delicious handmade cakes and eat traditional food on the greatest tavernas of the island ( Kolokas )
