The kitchen is equipped with fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and hair dryer are included.

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are some basic rules:

- Do not disturb the neighbours, especially at night.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- No more people shall stay in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.



Families with children and young people are accepted.



The tourist tax of 6.25€ per person per night is not included in the price. It is applied from 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.



The apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, they can request an extra cleaning service if they need it.
