Villa newly built stone house ideally located RIGHT on Ftenaia Beach one of the small but beautiful beaches of the picturesque island of Halki. there is a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with two sofa beds, the bathroom and the very big terrace( 150 sqm with three pergolas) with superb view to the sea and the garden. All mod cons, free WIFI Internet, cable TV , espresso coffee maker .The villa is decorated and furnished, with quality materials such as, antiques and ecological beds. The living areas are spacious and bright with numerous openings that offer views of the surroundings. The easy-going style of the interior and the thoughtfully selected furnishings aim to induce an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. The living rooms feature large, comfortable sofas and a few antique pieces that add a sophisticated touch. Kitchen that is fully equipped for home cooking. The bedrooms are cosy and relaxing, with a blue pallet that grants a romantic quality that is accentuated by country style details. Villa Romanza , Villa Aristoteles and Villa Blu , Villa Belvedere is a complex of four independent villas situated in a 2700sqm landscape directly on the beach. With its privileged location offering panoramic views of the seascape and the surrounding islands of the Aegean Sea. The villas can be rented separately or together to accommodate larger parties.

Au calme parmi les touristes

L’appartement est spacieux et confortable, la terrasse immense et délicieuse, sauf le matin où l’ombre manque. La plage en face de la maison est très chargée (fin août) mais la mer, le site, les couleurs et la lumière sont de pures merveilles.
