Residence au calme avec accesrapide au village de cajarc.
Sejour agréable dans l ensemble.
Prevoir ventilateur pour les fortes chaleurs car pas dispo dans le logement.
Petite remarque concernant le logement, de nombreuses toiles d araignées dans piece principale et salle de bain ainsi que la présence de cheveux au niveau de l evacuation de la baignoire

Entre Lot et Dordogne
Balades autour des Causses et villages fortifiés pendant nos vacances. La résidence correspond à l'annonce, seul bémol, la terrasse de l'appartement donnée sur un taillis et non pas une pelouse comme la photo de l'annonce.

Très bon emplacement
Très bon accueil, logements fonctionnels, excellent emplacement, petits bémols le wifi à payer en supplément fonctionne très mal le soir quand tout le monde est rentré, 15 transats ne sont pas suffisants pour tout le complexe, double paiement de la taxe d'habitation sur place et à Abritel ...

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous donner vos impressions sur votre expérience dans notre résidence. Ces retours sont très importants pour nous et nous permettent d'améliorer notre qualité pour plus de satisfaction de nos vacanciers. J'espère que vous vous êtes fait rembourser la taxe de séjour (sinon bien sûr nous y procéderons), qui en effet est prélevée par Abritel, nous informerons mieux notre personnel sur site de cette spécificité. La situation sanitaire nous oblige malheureusement à limiter l'accès à la piscine et à distancier les transats, nous comprenons le manque de confort que cela engendre. Enfin nous sommes désolés pour la connexion wifi, d'autant que les box 4G sont plutôt performantes, cela doit aussi dépendre de l'emplacement du site. Nous espérons pouvoir envisager les investissements nécessaires pour offrir cette prestation sous une autre forme à l'avenir avec plus de fiabilité.
