In Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park and 5 minutes from the Park Visitor Center, the Château du Bouchet, and the Étang de la Gabrière (Gabrière Pond), this former presbytery has been eco-renovated and is located in the village center with a view of the pond.

Advantages: Close to Le Blanc, the Haute-Touche Park, the most beautiful ponds in the Brenne, and the Chérine and Massé-Foucault nature reserves. Also ideal for visiting the sites of Poitou (Futuroscope theme park, the medieval village of Angles-sur-Anglin, the thermal baths of La Roche-Posay, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Saint-Savin Abbey, the medieval town of Chauvigny, etc.).
