Logement tres bien situe. mais qui manque d'un rangement supplémentaire dans la piece de vie. A voir les relations houleuses avec la propriétaire du 2eme etage qui veut jouer les régisseurs pour son intérêt personnel concernant l'usage du jardin.

Grand appartement au rez de jardin, proche de la plage environ 200 mètres, du centre-ville et des commerces. Confort et tranquillité. Seul petit bémol pas de place de parking attribué mais pas de difficulté pour se garer à proximité. Je recommande.
