This unique modern home has an open floor plan with comfortable seating for large families or groups of friends. It boasts a chef's kitchen, extended dining area, comfortable living seating around the flat screen TV and fireplace, three sliding patio doors opening onto a huge multilevel deck with fantastic views, including an observation deck with distant water views, and overlooking a custom in-ground heated salt water pool. Downstairs is a spacious primary bedroom with separate bath that includes Jacuzzi and steam shower and two additional bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Perfect house in a perfect location

The house was perfect for a week away in Montauk. Centrally located to everything you want to do, spacious and fully stocked with more than what you’d expect from a short term rental. Communication was the owners was always quick and easy and everything from check-in to check-out went as smooth as possible.

Relaxing family getaway

Beautiful yard and pool area that provided a relaxing outdoor fun-filled week in Montauk. Great residential location for exploring the area on bikes. Adequate bedrooms and spaces. comfy living room sofa. Owners were very re-active when issues arose and made sure they were taken care of.

Relaxing, quirky beach getaway, good for short/long term stays with friends

My partner and I and two of our friends stayed here for ~1.5 weeks. The location was great - close to town but far enough out where you didn't get any traffic or noise, large backyard and deck spaces for grilling, outdoor dinners and lounging, and (best of all) a very large pool - the pictures don't do it justice, it's a very large, delightful salt water pool. The house itself was clean, had many needed amenities (lots of pots and pans for cooking, serveware, etc). The photos are accurate, beds comfortable, three bedrooms (one had a double bunk included in it, so the room could sleep 4, but we didn't need it). Lots of extra linens, pillows, etc. Blinds in the room operate by a remote control, which was a bit tough to figure out at first. There's a motorized chair on the stairs for accessibility, but makes walking up and down a bit narrow. The great room/living room is spacious, comfortable, bright and a wonderful place to hang out indoors - really a major selling point, especially if you have a rainy day. Two sinks in the kitchen! So great. A couple of small issues: upon arrival, the dryer was broken, so we coordinated with the owners on bringing in repair to fix it on our first day. That said, the dishwasher was also broken, but the repair person couldn't fix, so we had to hand-wash for the week. Not that big of a deal, but would have been nice to have the functioning dishwasher. Additionally, the garbage was located in a driveway out back, but we weren't notified prior to arrival how to manage trash or recycling. It looked like the garbage from the previous renters was still there, and within the first day or so, a dog or animal broke in to the bags, and there was garbage littered all through the back driveway for a couple of days. The cost of pool heating feels exorbitant, especially considering that the pool wasn't really that warm for the entirety of our stay. Lastly, while we were able to get in touch with the owners to answer our questions, communications were all a bit last minute, and came from multiple people/phone #. We were only able to get in touch a day or so before our stay, even though we booked a month in advance, and we felt a little jilted on Sunday - check out is quite early, at 10AM, and suddenly cleaners showed up at 930am while we were making breakfast. The owners let us stay through 11 to clean up, but it was clear they wanted us out asap. Would stay again, and recommend to others, but would request lower nightly price.

Hi Sarah, Thank you, we genuinely appreciate the useful feedback. This is a new property, and so we are still working out some of the kinks with scheduling trash and landscaping, etc., so as to provide service without being intrusive. I did and do again apologize for the inconvenience of the appliances; as it happened they became damaged by a guest immediately before your stay, and we tried our best to secure immediate repairs. Regarding the pool heater, I assume your review crossed paths with our communications. You apparently never turned on the pool heater switch, which is fine, but you didn't use the heater and we have refunded your deposit in its entirety. We are glad, of course, that you and your fellow guests enjoyed our home and your stay, and we welcome you to come again in the future. Thank you again for the constructive feedback. Robyn is a good host. Going back I would only ask her to empty the closets. Rest was perfect
