This beautifully designed home is one side of a duplex and is located less than a 5-minute walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters. Whether you're planning a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled trip with family and friends, this home offers the perfect setting.

One of the most unique features of Sandlot is its flexibility. Side A can be connected to Sandlot: Side B through an internal door, allowing both units to be rented together as one large home. Side B mirrors Side A with similar bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces, making it ideal for larger groups looking to stay together while still enjoying their own space. When combined, the property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Inside, this multilevel 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a bright and inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living area and kitchen. Stylish furnishings, coastal décor, and updated electronics create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and all the tools you need to prepare meals, and the private balcony, complete with cozy cabana-style seating, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with loved ones.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed along with a private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One offers a queen-size bed, while the other is furnished with two twin beds with trundles, accommodating up to four guests. Each upstairs bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

For a more comfortable stay, we recommend bringing additional toiletries, paper goods, condiments, coffee and filters, beach towels, sunscreen and any personal items you may need.
