The Charter Club of Marco Island is a beautifully maintained property directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of the Gulf in SW Florida. It's like being in the Caribbean. Full resort amenities, including rental of lounge chairs & umbrellas, so you don't have to carry a heavy load when enjoying the beach. This unit is in the coveted "North" building which has over-sized balconies directly on the beach & the best place to capture the breathtaking sunsets. Large unit with 2 bed/2 full baths, full kitchen, TVs in each room (cable), Wi-Fi, Linens supplied, free bikes, kayaks, & sailing among many other activities provided by the resort. Property is gated and secure. This property is a hidden gem on the Island. You will come back again & again!

All annual maintenance fees are used to constantly update, remodel & add to the beauty of the resort and its amenities. This was a wise investment. Not your typical timeshare that you want to terminate after visiting once or twice.

What makes this property unique

Situation beachfront on the white sandy shore of the Gulf of Mexico. This beach has a Caribbean feel without leaving the country or needing a passport. This is one of the best places to collect beautiful seashells in the US.
