We loved this place!

The home is beautiful and the backyard is like an adult playground! A couple people from our group noted their beds weren’t comfortable, but all in all we all loved it and would definitely go back!

Beautiful grounds and house accommodates large group comfortably.

Clean and comfortable house with lots of sleeping space and large living room. Two kitchens and laundry spaces added plus. The star of the property is the gorgeous back yard--pictures don't really do it justice.

Awesome Vacation

This was a fabulous vacation house. Extremely accommodating for 3 families. The bunk room was perfect. Very well laid out. The outdoor space was awesome, pool was a great temperature heated. We just loved it. The airport is a little loud but it’s really conveniently located.

Loved Desert Rose!

We had a family of 6 and were joined by grandparents as well and the house could not have been any more enjoyable! Plenty of room around the house and beds and the sizeable backyard made the variety of activities very enjoyable. We had a couple of minor concerns (i.e. landscape lighting at night, a sprinkler gone-awry) but they were promptly attended to and resolved. We hope to visit the same property again as soon as possible!

Girls Weekend

The house was very nice and could accommodate a large group with lots of beds. There were plenty of dishes, cups, flat ware etc. Backyard is beautiful with many entertaining features. The only bad issue was the pool was not cleaned and had issues with algae and clearness. They did work on it and the last two days it was nice. The patio could have been washed down before our arrival. Overall we loved the house, neighborhood and location.

Friendship Reunion

The property that we rented was spacious, both inside and out, for our large group and equipped to accommodate days of lounging around the pool. The owner was very responsive when we noticed an issue with the pool features and promptly scheduled a repairman to have it fixed. The house was very clean and as shown in the pictures. We thought the neighborhood was older but well-kept and safe enough to let our kids walk to the local stores up the road. The only negative was the constant barrage of airplanes taking off from the Scottsdale airport which were quite loud.

Spacious relaxing property

We enjoyed our stay overall. Large home with area to spread out, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, location close to shopping and restaurants. Backyard great for hanging out. House is worn- fabric on old set of lounge chairs is ripping out. A second set is new, however. There is mold in one bathroom shower. We also never got used to the airplane noise from the nearby Scottsdale airport- busy all day and into the night. Rental company was easy to work with and the hot tub/pool cleaner were fixed within a day of calling the caretaker. Overall the home worked for us, but would not rent again, primarily due to the noise.

Great house for two families

House was great for two families. Pool table was a big hit as it rained two days, but we still got plenty of use out of the hot tub, pool, fireplace, putting green and outdoor dining table. The only negative isn't so much related to the house as much as where the house is located. Being just off the end of the Scottsdale Airport runway, there was a constant stream of in and outbound planes. It could be related to the timing (there was a Cardinals game and two bowl games played the week we were there), but it was constant and loud at times. Positive aspect of the location is that we could easily get to everything Scottsdale (and the entire Phoenix area) have to offer very easily. 5 mins to high end shopping, ten minutes to Old Scottsdale, less than 10 minutes to the casinos, etc. Would recommend this house, but might check the football schedule first!

It seems clear the property is starting to be upgraded but on a low budget. The hot tub was not working when we got there and did not get fixed until we were ready to leave 10 days later. All the outdoor chairs were in bad shape with many broken or missing cushions. However the pool was nice. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area even if we had to assemble the chairs to sit there. We went out and purchased an outdoor propane heater to use that we used every morning and night to take the chill off and it worked perfectly- again not sure why there wasn’t one already there. If you have to pay to refill the propane tanks why not have one? We were also disappointed there was no appropriate plastic cups or dishes to use outside by the pool. No Kleenex in whole house either or plugs to charge phones by beds- just those little things that you would expect in a nice rental. The new bathroom and shower but it is one not attached to Bedrooms. The shower doors in MBR were loose . The beds and bedding were nice. Brand new towels still had tags on! The house is at end of runway for airport so lots of private jets but not really a problem just something to consider. Fortunately we had great weather which overcome some of other things so we spent time outside and by pool.

This was BY FAR the best rental any of us have ever stayed at, period. The house was spacious, spotless, and just off the charts in every way possible. We were a group of 12 adults down in Arizona for a tournament, but the house and property are so big with so many available activities it felt like we had a much smaller group. The communication with the hosts and the details they lay out for your stay is top notch. Honestly, if you're looking for a house to rent in the Scottsdale area for a large group, stop your search and book this house right now!!

Beautiful spot with lots to offer

This property is spacious both inside and out. The common and living areas are roomy with access to two kitchens as well as the backyard. The bedrooms are well appointed, with tv and large closets. For families with kids, there is a large "bunk room" with queens size beds . The backyard has a large pool , hot tub , barbecue , fire pit/place and even a putting green. Lots of games are available for everyone. And lots of space just to lay back and soak up the sun. The location is ideal for exploring Scottsdale.

Very accommodating home

Our family of 11 stayed at this home for several days over the Christmas & New Year holidays. There was more than enough room for all of us for sleeping and for gathering together, and our grandchildren especially loved the spacious bunk room. The yard is the most exceptional part of this home. With the hot tub, pool (for which we paid an extra fee for heating…definitely worth it!), fireplace, covered patio, and putting green, there were activities everyone could enjoy. A patio heater would be a nice addition for the cool mornings & evenings. For the number of guests this house sleeps, the kitchen is poorly stocked. There was more than an adequate amount of dinnerware, but utensils, pots and pans, silverware, baking sheets were very limited in number and were not in good condition. Several other things in the home needed attention (loose toilet seat, missing light bulbs, toilet not shutting off, for instance.) The hosts responded very quickly with all communication. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it would take just a little updating and attention to resolve the issues mentioned.
