Appartement correct mais vieillot

Une rénovation générale de cet appartement serait la bienvenue. A part la salle de bain, tout est quasiment d'origine : cuisine, sols, blocs portes, électricité. A noter pour les WC : impossible de se mouvoir autrement que porte ouverte, le bord de cuvette est à 20 cm de la porte. Belle vue sur les conteneurs de tri sélectif au 1er plan devant le balcon.

Séjour au top mais logement mitigé

Logement bien situé mais la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous, les matelas étaient tachés, la literie pas confortable surtout le clic clac matelas très mou et trop petit pour deux adultes!
