2BR/1BA PRIME LOCATION to BEACH/JOHNS PASS Unit #3

Please Read***Our Beach House is great for families & those young at heart. We have 3 separate units in a triplex for you to choose from. We are just across the street from the beach (324 feet to be exact!) Rent 1 unit or ALL 3 for a special event and sleep up to 22 people!

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No pets allowed. Small gatherings of 8 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Unit 3 is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with nearly 750sqft of space. Both Bedrooms have king size beds.

We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay. A high chair and pack and play are also available upon request.

A Perfect Getaway

We had a great stay at the Blue Water House! You know all those things that can make staying in a vacation home or hotel a little annoying? Shelley and Chad have thought of them all and made sure you won’t experience them in their property. The bedrooms are big, with king beds, full dressers, closets, and lots of extra room (we also fit a blow-up kids bed and a dog bed). There are lots of USB ports around the home, all the necessities in the bathroom and kitchen, and a huge deck with tons of seating. They also provide a great variety of beach items, including a wagon, floats, towels, and a portable blue tooth speaker. Shelley and Chad were quick to respond to questions and requests and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Blue Water House is our new go-to recommendation for beach houses in the area. Also, we are military family traveling on orders and Shelley and Chad were happy to provide itemized daily receipts (many other owners could not accommodate that request).

Perfect place

The Bluewater House was perfect for our week at the beach. The location was so convenient. Beach access right across the street, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The owners have everything you need for a beach vacation. We would stay again.

What an amazing find!!!

The house is beautiful inside with very cool colors and decor. The balcony was lovely and location was perfect! Everything you could need is there plus extras. The owners are very kind and easy to communicate with. We will be back!!!!

Very Nice Pkace

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. My daughter is 20 and my son 12 so my son got the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable. The place was the perfect size. We truly enjoyed our stay in Madeira Beach and would come back again. Check in was simple and the property owners information on how to access everything was fantastic.

We fell in love with Madeira Beach and had to have a getaway of our own here. This property was perfect for us because it afforded us the opportunity to share our getaway with others so they can enjoy this magical beach as well.

Our house is across Gulf Blvd from the beach, less than 2 blocks to John’s Pass, Private parking for guests, Beach Trolley stops nearly in front of the house. Walking distance to so many shops, dining, bars, groceries, etc.
