Located at the foot of the hills and the Pays d’Othe forest, ideal for hiking.<br>It is located in the centre of the village with local shops just a 1-minute walk away.<br>Close to Chablis, Champagne, the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, factory outlets, Nigloland, and the historic centre of Troyes.<br>The cottage features, on the ground floor, a large dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. <br>Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms—2 of which are on a split level—a reading area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.<br>You’ll be staying in the Cottage at the Gîtes Famille en Othe property.<br>The property comprises 2 holiday rentals in total: Le Cottage and its renovated barn.<br>Each holiday rental is self-contained and has its own private garden. <br>Sheets and towels are provided. <br>It is possible to rent the entire property, which increases the total capacity to 20 people.
