The condo is located right in town, depending on the nights of the week you might hear the noise from some of the bars but in general is quiet. You will be walking distance from EVERYTHING.
You can walk pretty much to every corner of town and beach.

Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks
