Le Vieux Pressoir is a former winegrower's farmhouse (1840/1850) restored with respect for tradition.
This charming 300 m² gîte, with air conditioning, is located in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the mirabelle plum orchards of the Côtes de Meuse, within the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, and very close to Lake Madine, the Montsec hill, and the Saint-Mihiel salient.

The interior décor perfectly complements the architecture. Flemish style, exposed beams and stonework, a fireplace, a stone sink, an authentic wine press, a bread oven, and a piano: all these elements contribute to the authentic character of this place. It is an ideal place for relaxation and gatherings with family or friends.

Equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Ground floor: bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), walk-in shower, and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 5-burner stove, opening onto a spacious, cathedral-ceilinged living/dining room (fireplace, TV, DVD player) with direct access to a flower-filled courtyard, a true haven of peace (garden furniture, deck chairs, BBQ, outdoor games).
A half-floor: accessed via a sunny landing, one bedroom (one queen bed (160x200cm)) + bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a large relaxation area with a pool table and golf table, three charming themed bedrooms: Le Tendelin (one double bed (140x200cm) and one single bed (120x190cm)), Le Fouloir (two single beds (90x200cm)), and Le Pressoir (one queen bed (160x200cm)). A bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet further enhance this pleasant feeling of comfort and tranquility. A mezzanine provides access to the reading and board game area;

Perfect stay to see my moms family

We needed a property that could sleep at least 6 people and had multiple bathrooms. It was a bonus that this property was unique in its history. The owners worked hard to fix and upgrade this property and it shows. It was less than 15 minutes from where my mom grew up and where our family lives, making it ideal. The owners made us feel very welcome and accommodating with our busy schedule. They added little touches like fresh flowers and juices that personalized our stay. If we come back to that area, we will be staying again. Thank you and hope to see you again.
